北越南 旅遊的交通,景點,行程规划:

第一天: 16/03/2014 (日)

16/03 (日) AK1446 Air Asia 马来西亚(6:15am)起飞→河内(8:15am)→酒店(登记）→火车站买17/03沙坝

火车票→徒步河内市区→昇龙水上木偶戏院→酒店

河内機場→河内市區

公車：出机场门口往右边方向走约300公尺, 到陆桥下方有公车站牌。机场要搭公车时，

不是在陆桥下方等喔！要在陆桥下的对面，没有甚么特別的牌子，但有很多越南人蹲或站在那裏。

***17號公車途經ben xe Gia Lâm(嘉林站),章陽橋Cau Chuong Duo(過了橋右轉就是

終點的龍邊站)，終點為龍邊車站.  從機場出發約1.5 -2小時會到達LONG BIEN，過

了馬路到對面，就算是36街(老城區)的範圍。一票制：5000 - 7000 VND

河内机场→河内火车 站

搭NO.17號公车VND7000到Long Bien，车程一个小时左右，然后下了Long Bien之后走到

对面方向的车站搭NO.1到河内车站VND 3000(Ga Hanoi)，到了河内火车站附近下车，再问车站

怎么走，因为有两个火车站，一个河内火车站是要去胡志明方向的，一个是要去沙巴方向的

注意；河内到老街的车票是在火车站九号柜台售卖

18/03 (二)到达老街5am→沙坝→酒店(登记）→沙坝镇逛逛→沙坝市场→沙坝天主教堂→沙坝湖區→

火车到达老街会有人上车招客坐他们的小巴

In early morning, there are many local buses in front of the Lao Cai train station taking tourists to

Sapa town .Travel distance: 38km. Travel time: about 1 hour

小巴抵達沙壩, 車是停在教堂附近的一家旅館前(非橋苗街)

第四天: 19/03/2014 (三)

19/3 (三) 酒店→Cat Cat Village 卡吉村(山區健行)(Trekking)→酒店休息→Baguette & Chocolate (午茶)→

Hoang Ha Sapa Hotel(按摩)→酒店

Route: Sapa —> Cat Cat —> Xin Chai —> Sapa

Distance Covered: 7 km

Grade: Easy (3-4 hours walking, mainly on the flat)

Cat Cat is a small but bustling village situated at the foot of Fansipan Mountain. Here you will see traditional

H’mong homes at their best, and you will be able to meet a H’mong family to learn more about their way of life.

The village is also the perfect place to see traditional clothing being made, hemp being dyed and women weaving.

From Cat Cat we will follow the Muong Hoa Valley for 3km through rice terraces and small dwellings to Sin Chai.

This village is a little off the usual trekking route and less visited, but offers the opportunity to see traditional

wooden homes built using the indigenous Pumu tree. Transport will be waiting in Sin Chai to take you back to Sapa.

第五天: 20/03/2014 (四)

20/03 (四) 酒店→Lao Chai Village (風景最美的黑苗部落) 及Ta Van Village (黑泰部落)(山區健行)(Trekking)→

酒店(洗澡)→20:15老街火车站(SP8/LC2)→河内火车站

LC2，SP1，SP2班次（软座有空调）

参加了当地的徒步团，一天的行程约USD13 （270，000 VND）

Route: Sapa —> Lao Chai —> Ta Van —> Sapa

Distance Covered: 12-15 km

We start the day trekking through the beautiful Muong Hoa Valley to Y Linh Ho village, home to

Black H’mong minorities. Weather permitting you will enjoy stunning views across the valley with mountains

and rice terraces as far as the eye can see. Next on the route is a stop at Lao Chai, an established H’mong minority

village which has been inhabited for centuries. Here you will have the opportunity to see the products of this

minority at its best with hereditary rice terraces, homes and a vibrant community. Continuing on to Ta Van Village

you will visit the Giay minority people. This group traditionally fished for a living and as a result established

themselves close to rivers. They have mastered the art of fishing with bamboo sticks, and cook the fish inside

bamboo. Nowadays however you are more likely to see the Giay working in fields planting or harvesting rice.

Transport will be waiting in Tavan to take you back to Sapa

(Another 5km will take you to Ancient carving stone field)

第六天: 21/03/2014 (五)

21/03  (五) 4:35am到达河内火车站→Giap Bat Station→宁平→酒店(登记）→Hao Lu→Trang An→

Bai Dinh Pagoda

如果有时间的话，可以安排去→Van Long→Kenh Ga

Hoa Lu capital

Hoa Lu was the capital of Dinh, Pre-Le and first year of Ly dynasties

Location: It is about  13km from Ninh Binh city.

Two temple visit: Den Dinh Tien Hoang and Den Le Dai Hank

Entrance fee for two temples:  10,000 VND

Trang An Grottoes Complex – Ha Long bay on land 陆龙湾

take a rowing boat trip from Trang An grottoes ecotourism site which is about 7km from the center of

Ninh Binh city.

The boat accommodate to 5 people which costs 500,000VND (25USD). If you are a solo traveller, buy 1 ticket at

a cost of 100,000VND (5USD)

With 3 – 4 hours, the rowing boat will get through 12 hidden caves.

Especially some caves like Hang Toi (Dark cave), Hang Ba Giot (three drops cave), Hang Son Duong

(Mountain goat cave)

The boat trip also made some visits at three temples named Trinh, Tran and Khong.

he boat driver will ask if you would like to visit Tran temple or not as it really takes the time. The answer is

definitely Yes as on the top of the hill/mountain, you will have an excellent overview of one part of Trang An

grottoes complex with limestone mountains ranges.

Bai Dinh pagoda complex

第七天: 22/03/2014 (六)

22/3 (六)酒店→Mua Cave→Thai Vi Temple→Tam Coc→Bich Dong Pagoda→河内市区→酒店(登记）→夜市→酒店

如果有时间的话，可以安排去→Phat Diem stone cathedral

Cave of Mua (Hang Mua)

Location: Mua cave is about 5km from center of Ninh Binh city. Its on the way to Tam Coc - Bich Dong and

Trang An grottoes tourism area

Entrance fee: 10,000VND (0.5USD)

Tam Coc grottoes complex – Ha Long bay on rice fields

Smaller and shorter than Trang An grottoes complex, a rowing boat trip on Ngo Dong river in Tam Coc

grottoes complex just takes about 2 hours. (Trang An takes about 3 - 4 hours)

Tam Coc is about 7km from  the center of Ninh Binh city

Bich Dong cave pagoda complex

It comprises three pagodas called  Ha Pagoda (Lower pagoda), Trung Pagoda (Middle pagoda), and

Thuong Pagoda (Upper pagoda).

Location: Bich Dong is about 2km from Tam Coc

Phat Diem stone cathedral

宁平→河内市区

火车：

Depart from Phat Diem town for Hanoi, pass by Ninh Binh city after about 45 minutes:

Ninh Binh city - Phat Diem town, Kim Son: about 45 minutes
